What you do by hand every weekAI can do while you review it.
Together we pick a task that repeats, like answering where an order is or entering the orders that come in over WhatsApp. I connect it to your business’s real information and we make clear what it can do on its own and what a person has to approve.
Example tasks
Tasks that take hours today and how they change with AI
- Where is my order?
- Today
- Someone looks it up in the store and the carrier, one case at a time.
- With AI
- The assistant checks and answers. If something is wrong, it hands it to your team.
- Product pages
- Today
- Written one by one, each in a different style.
- With AI
- AI writes a draft with the product data and your brand’s style. A person approves it before it is published.
- The weekly report
- Today
- Numbers get copied from four tools into a sheet.
- With AI
- It arrives on its own every Monday, with where each number came from and what to check first.
- Emails and support messages
- Today
- Someone reads them all and passes them around.
- With AI
- Each one reaches the person who should handle it. Anything unclear waits for someone to review it.
- Finding information about your business
- Today
- Half an hour goes by searching tabs, files and messages.
- With AI
- You ask the way you would ask a coworker and it answers, saying where it found it.
- Order entry
- Today
- Someone types them in by hand from a PDF, an email or a WhatsApp message.
- With AI
- AI reads them and loads them into the system. Whatever does not match is flagged for someone to review.
What is included
What you get at the end of the project
- The chosen taskWe pick a single task, measure what it costs you today and agree on the result you expect.
- What it can and cannot doWe put in writing what information it can see, what it can do on its own and what needs someone’s approval.
- A first version that already worksIt works with your business’s real information, not made-up examples, and your team uses it from day one.
- Tests, manual and what comes nextI hand you the tests, a log of everything it did and a short manual. With that you decide whether we expand it, adjust it or switch it off.
The steps
How we work and where you decide
- 01Task
You tell me what repeats in your week and how much time it takes. We pick one task.
- 02Data
I connect the AI to wherever you already keep the information, be it your store, your back-office system (ERP), your customer list (CRM), a spreadsheet or your email.
- 03Control
I define what it can touch, keep a log of everything it does and mark the moments where a person decides.
- 04Test
Your team uses it on real cases and we compare it with how it was done before.
Who it is for
When it makes sense and when it does not yet
It makes sense if
- You have a task that repeats every week.
- The information is already in some system, even a spreadsheet.
- Someone in your business can review and decide.
Not yet, if
- You want to "add AI" to the business but do not know for which task yet.
- The information is not anywhere or nobody keeps it up to date.
- You expect it to decide on money or customers without anyone reviewing it.
Artificial intelligence · already in use
I build AI tools, and four are already in use.
Besides running online sales, I build AI tools. I decide what information they use, what they can do and how they look, and I test them before putting them to work. Two serve customers and two help me code faster.
They serve customers
They help me build
- MADREVersion 0.5.2An app where four AI assistants code on the same project without getting in each other’s way. It remembers what was decided and changes nothing without your permission.
- AHP+Version 1.4.1A set of open rules (a protocol) so one AI assistant can pick up the work where another left it, on any computer.
Which task would you like to stop doing by hand?
Tell me which one and where you keep the information: your store, your email, a spreadsheet or your system. Within one business day I tell you whether it can be done and where I would start.
