01 · The challenge
What was going on
Context
Building a website today means learning about templates, blocks, and design decisions before you can even say what your business needs. Plenty of people stop right there.
The problem
Remove that barrier without falling into the opposite trap: the AI doing everything internally while the person has no idea what happened or how to change it.
My part
It is my product. I defined what it should be, how it is used, how the blocks work underneath, how far the AI is allowed to go, and I wrote the application.

Make everything the AI does a concrete, named change you can review and undo.

What got built
- The editor: blocks you drag, and a panel showing the options for whichever block you selected.
- Blob, the assistant that writes the text and proposes the structure, always as something you can reject.
- The whole application behind it: accounts, sign-in, saving, and administration.

What I would not compromise on
- AI proposes; you decide.
- Nothing changes without you seeing it and being able to undo it.
- The hard parts show up only when you need them.
